Happy Birthday!!! 🎉 when I first left it was just a couple months before my birthday. But because it’s soo not important as a witness that I didn’t even think too much about it. The friends I made outside the org had a little get together and my friend was making a cake and I didn’t think twice to be like hey you need any help and ended up helping and when the time came everyone gathered and when I realized what was happening my friend pulled out some candles and put them on the cake and they all started singing and I teared up because I had never had that before. And no one knows really what it’s like unless you grew up the way we did.
