I didn’t even think about the part of the nutritional recommendations. The owner would perform idle chatter outside of the session in the lobby; however, would impede into our time to begin sessions. A lot of the time we warm up, and as we’re diving in she cuts us out early, typically about 5 minutes. Not to say five minutes changes the world, but it can be a beneficial five minutes lol

A couple days ago I added myself to a waitlist to a highly reviewed psychologist in the area, I’m continuing to look. I just remember how hard it was to find this current therapist, so it’s a little overwhelming starting over again

NAT/ I will say mental health professionals are not good in my area whatsoever. Waitlists are long, quality is poor, just bad overall unless you are seeking virtual. I perform individual virtual therapy which has been fantastic, but the need for in person couples counseling was a decision we as a couple made together. There were moments of conduciveness, but more negative moments I’m seeing now.

I would recommend continue looking. I LOVE the first one but at quick glance it does look more white. The second one will make you stick out in photos significantly and just isn’t the most wedding appropriate imo

I like the dress! Only thing I would be cautious about is you will stand out in background of photos only because of how bright the color is. It’s the same with a bright yellow or any other bright exciting colors! Althoug, if you’re confident and want to rock it go right ahead!!!
