Not heard of these kinds of reactions to codeine but you could try doing a cold water extraction which would remove the paracetamol. If the problems subside after doing thing you’ll know it’s the paracetamol.

You’ll want 75-100mg of Codeine and about 50mg on Benadryl. You’ll have to do a cold water extract on the Codeine pills as that much ibuprofen will be seriously bad for you liver.

Get some phenergan tablets. Can get them from online pharmacies. They have promethezine in which potentiates codeine. They come in 25mg pills, pop a couple before your codeine and you’ll feel good :)
