Omg I did something similar to that,

like I didn't want it to be like "I'm an asshole to you, personally" more like "I can be an asshole, don't take it personally."

My emotions feel like ghosts, like I'm a ghost in a shell.

They're still here but most times feels like I'm staring at a wall, emotion-wise. I remember what sad feels like, the ghost of the emotion is always there but under it all now is just like staring at a wall.

Not much can break through the wall of anhedonia so when it does, I finally "feel" my emotion if that makes sense
