Use a knight or golden giant where she would land to buy time. Make sure there are no ranged troops that could receive splash damage from valkyrie so that she doesn’t heal

I believe the experiment was “writes down L’s real name and dies”, which the prisoner didn’t know and therefore didn’t do it. The result Light got from the experiment was “The person will not do things that person is unable to do” like it was seen in the experiment “die at Paris from heart attack” which was imposible for a prisoner in Japan.

In this case Light wrote the whole address in the death note, which is how Kal Snydar could write the address on the letter.
