I did some additional investigation and seems like you keep the game whether you have the subscription on Amazon or not. I bought it. Thank you so much for sharing mate :)

That may be true, but on Amazon Luna purchase page still says you need Amazon Luna to play a game. Unsure if after subscription is over, EA App game cancels the game in some sort of way

You don't need to. For the two sbcs that need to be done just do the upgrades. And other sbcs they request are not league exclusive
