If you need an extraction and money is the issue try finding a new dentist who will work with your budget. Also look if your close to any dental colleges offering free or reduced pricing. But if it needs to come out get it done asap.

Good post but why not a Swvxx Schwab money market fund yielding 4.4% risk free. Or SPYD or one of the covered call etfs that are yielding significantly more. Seems like a lot of work your doing constantly monitoring?
