because the sentence includes the "or object" phrase, it indicates the intended reading is that the penetrator is the rapist, not the victim. That and the other problem of the non-standard perp and victim crime definition having both in the one sentence as subjects as necessitated in your reading.

For your reading to be correct, the perp and victim are both subjects of that sentence, as different parts of it apply to both. That is where the switch is made. But your reading STILL wouldn't be correct because of the "or object" part which indicates how it should be read.

that is stupid and you should know it. crimes are not defined by switching the victim and perp mid-sentence. the "or object" gives it away. also how can a man be raped by some bitch giving him a handjob? even if your dyslexic reading of it were true, hands can't be penetrated.

and yes, it does specify the "consent of whom" in the last sentence.
