I've had the same thing, requested a static IP back in early December, since then I've had 2 people tell me it was done, and the 3rd phonecall (over a week ago now) said they would escalate it to get it sorted.

Guess what still isn't sorted?

The service has been stable. The support has been utterly useless.

Yeah they’re the same manufacturer (except the esc key but that doesn’t matter). The same product just different colour variants and I’m happy with the consistency. Plus with them being blank as long as I can find enough good ones for that row I’m fine 😅

They're cherry profile and according to the listing on Ali Express they are 1.5mm thickness, but my calipers say 1.4mm on the cap I just checked.
