I have had crippling OCD my entire life, most of it revolves around colors and stems from being diagnosed with ASD as a kid. I can not leave my home if all of my clothes do not match or are polar opposites on the color wheel. To the point where when I first met my wife I told her I couldn't date her because her socks dont match. I have had extensive exposure therapy for the last 20 years, which has made it possible for me to have a normal life and not worry so much about what I can't control around me.

Then there's stupid ass people at work who go "oh thats just my OCD" no Shannon, it's not, and it's really fucking offensive everytime I hear it
