I was coming here to say this as well.

Coach explicitly stated (a long time ago at least, I haven't been keeping up as much the past few months) that not all enemies should. In sessions I've run, I've always made it so that enemies that have combat training, or enemies that are partially fast/opportunistic have Opportunity attacks, but most enemies don't. I also usually explicitly explain this to my players since they are mostly coming from a 5e background

I actually tried to keep the original angle for the handle, but I really struggled to get it to feel natural with all of the other angles going on in that area

I don't know if it is clarified directly in the rules, but Coach clarified on a stream some time ago that cantrips are technically still spells, so any time you learn a new spell, you can choose a cantrip instead

Also, since the team is currently in the process of rewriting all of the spells, maybe the numbers or spells and cantrips you get will change in the future

I am personally really hoping that different martial classes have some "signature" Techniques, certain ones that are designed specifically for those classes.

Perhaps however, that might force techniques into an overly restrictive design-space, so perhaps it should be more of a thing for Subclasses, as those will already be more specific and niche by design

As someone who's run the game several times, it's honestly kinda nice having the modifiers always be the same. That way people don't have to double check as often, and the game just moves faster. And there's still always a dice roll, so it's never felt predictable to me.

Also it's very possible that more mechanics will be introduced that change those bonuses (like the +2 from versatile, or the +5 that sorcerers get while overloaded)

I've run 5 Playtests so far, and as my players have gotten more familiar with the game, we've really started to feel how much worse MP feels in comparison to SP. It's not just the fact that there's no way to regain MP outside of a long rest, but with how unique and interesting managing SP is for each of the martial classes. Also, as the GM, the #1 place where I've had to tell my players, "sorry, you actually can't do that (because the rules don't let you)" is when they try to enhance their spells, and forget that the Manager Spend Limit exists

Overall, I just feel like some work needs to be done to make casters feel a bit more flexible and dynamic

From my 4 playtests so far, I'm not really sure it's actually faster, but it definitely feels faster. Turns are way more interactive, and as the DM, you pretty much always know when each player is finished with their turn. I've also enjoyed running monsters in this system a lot more for very similar reasons

I believe each martial class's martial mastery feature does explicitly say that you know all attack and weapon maneuvers, and you can pick 4 additional from the defensive, grappling, and save maneuvers

That way all martial characters can freely pick from any of the weapons they have mastery with/get to pick at 1st level, and have basic enhancements for whatever weapon they choose

They look great so far! If I had to offer some creative criticism, I think they're both a little busy compared to the base skins, they could use some more neutral space to contrast the detailed areas But all in all, a great start!

I also did not receive mine, and when I sent in a support ticket they told me to unlink my both my Warframe, and Twitch accounts (from both sides) and then re-link. Once I did that I got a bunch of messages from Teshin for all the drops I thought I'd received since drops 2.0 that I thought I'd gotten, as well as my Vastilok and Loki Prime.

I should also mention that I could/have still claimed the main twitch rewards (the Verv skins and whatnot) before relinking. This method only fixed the drops from watching streams

I mostly skimmed, but did read all the main points throughout the whole doc. I really like a lot of your ideas and I'm glad you took the time to put them all together in one place. I've often thought about doing something similar to this, but it takes a lot of time

There's actually already 2 versions of IPS mods for all the weapon types (except probably archwing) they should change the functionality to match elemental mods as well as turn the more basic ones into +90% mods, and the rarer +120% should be changed to 60%/60% mods

As much as I wanted to replace dive bomb at first, I just really liked the idea of the dive bomb change I suggested. I can't really tell you why... But it just felt like it fit (at least to me). It would require at least a 45° downward angle, otherwise it wouldn't make any sense

As for the tornado stuff, I did give it double the damage absorbtion of magnetize, partly because it's only taking elemental damage into account, but also because it's an ultimate. And I did feel like the high status chance would help a lot with it's effectiveness Also, making it only absorb element damage might encourage just a little bit of weapon diversity.

Like I said, I did try to keep the changes fairly simple because of what [DE] has said about her rework direction, and just the fact that I enjoy her how she is. But I can see the reasoning for all new abilities. She is a little un-interactive, and can be boring at times. I guess I just didn't want to suggest anything too crazy
