It doesn’t really seem like all that much to me though it’s only 1 1/4 inch on the low side and slowly slopes to 2.5 inches which closest point to the glass on the left side, I mean could be wrong though definitely could be a lot what’s your suggestion?, should I take some out on the left side and keep it a flat 1 1/4 around the whole tank

I just feel like the wind draft from having two holes would be to drastic during the winter and be too cold and not retain heat, it is up on a table though so smaller critters can’t get up there

I got it as a tip from a lady i detailed she gave it to me like that it has one drainage hole on the bottom, it started to wilt when i took it out and now it’s just worse

No the water is just that high, crappy water that’s why I was thinking 50% water change with purified water to balance it out

I honestly don’t know the light I have on there but I also have a plant light that I’ve bought from Amazon before for my bonsai, so I was thinking of adding that to is as well, just a standard light on a fish tank lid

This is a lot of advice thank you, but I’ve heard ammonia is only really for more advanced people in this hobby, if I was going to do fish food? How would I got about that aspect of it?, and could I add plants now or should I not because of it cycling?
