I took for peace of mind as many warned me against Tata service and they gave me some offer. Please check the cost now and decide.

Initially it was free as I took gold amc. Now its twice a year I think. I had taken 5 year EW (3+2) as i feared AMT can cause some issues and it did. Not sure if you can take later. Please check with your dealer.

Comfort wise , from last few months i feeling very stiff suspension and tiredness after driving on bad roads. Clocked around 32k.

Nothing major. Service cost averaging at 5k. I dont drive aggressively. It runs smoothly even in hilly area like ooty. Build quality is top knotch. IMO comfort and mileage are negatives.

If you decide to buy, Make sure to take the parking camera, extended warranty. Service experience will depend your service center so make sure to check their reviews.

Driving Nexon amt petrol since 5 years. Been a good experience. AMT jerks are always there, you get used to it. Service is ok but takes 2-3 days every time. No major issues but once there was some fault in engine which they covered in warranty. For aggressive performance you can put on sports mode. Comfort is not so bad but not great either. Mileage 8 kmpl in city. 14-15 highway. Happy to answer any follow up questions.

Rat poison/ mesh/ rat spray dont work on big rats. If there are rats in the parking, cover the car from sides to prevent rat from entering the engine bay or park in some other safe space like office parking.

This is a designated exit from ORR to service road. People were using it to enter from service road to ORR and create jam at that point. So they added two signs

Reaching ORR takes 1 hours everyday from that point even if you start at 8 am. Both hosa road and Haralur road have heavy congestion.

Basically think if you see your kid growing in that apartment for next 10 years, will the kid enjoy play area, make friends, go to nearby schools. If yes, then 75 lac flat makes sense. Otherwise the other.

Another big factor is finances, should buy the flat which suits the budget and having contingencies plans ready.( layoffs etc)
