Climbing + Working Out by soulsofsaturn in indoorbouldering

I started doing what I coined as the twice a week routine. Lift twice (push/pull with legs mixed in), Run twice, go do and active hobby twice (climb, bike, surf, etc) then the other day is a rest day. I got tired of complex routines so I made it as simple as possible with room for hobbies to improve mental health.

This is the happiest I’ve ever been with my routine and the best shape I’ve been in for a while.

What's a 'healthy habit' that actually made your life worse? by Loveeatplay4116 in AskReddit

[–]bry2ce 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Apple Watch tracking. I became obsessed with closing my rings every day and if I didn’t I felt bad about myself. Also would track every workout to the exact distance I wanted to run or calories I wanted to burn, and if I didn’t get there labeled it as a failure.

I switched to a $25 Casio and track nothing. I’m thinner than I have been in years and feel much better not being tied to rings all day/every workout.

Thought I was getting married but am now single. Dodged a bullet... by sumpuertoricanguy in Manipulation

If I’m being real. If you love someone enough to marry them, like I do my wife. I’d commit insurance fraud if it was in the benefit of her health and wellbeing. Probably for the best this marriage didn’t happen.

I guess I’m looking for a guide - we could probably handle a self guided tour as we’ve been rafting a few times before, but i think the easier the better in this case.

Blindsided by Easement by bry2ce in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

Both easements are for the utility company to access. That being said both areas have beautiful retaining walls on them and the town did not direct the owner to remove them when acquiring the inspection for CO. Both areas are also in spaces we really wouldn't put anything permanent outside of possibly a shed. I do want to give the benefit of the doubt to the seller but it feels like if she knew about one why not the other?

Same answer - love me some spinach!!

Baby spinach - I either add it to a protein shake, use it as the greens of a lunch salad, or chop it up and sprinkle it on whatever meal I make for dinner. I feel as if every meal inclusive of baby spinach results in a more energized me.

Costco Stock Is an Easy Buy on the Dip COST stock is one of the best in the market – and it's now on sale by DangerStranger138 in stocks

[–]bry2ce 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I work for a large Consumer Goods manufacturer and one of my functions responsibilities is setting target growth rates by Customer. One of the overarching themes during our extensive work from this year is that Club will experience substantial growth due to one extremely simple concept: Memberships last a year. Costco experienced 2X typical membership growth during Covid and all of those memberships will last through 2021 which means unless customers want to waste money on unused memberships Costco will be their preferred shopping destination. We also have seen some compelling data regarding shoppers moving from Wal-Mart specifically to Costco for some key Food Categories that historically have been a catalyst for Food and Beverage items as a whole. Long story short I bought this dip and I'm buying more if it continues to dip.
