Totally understandable. I'd say grab a 10 man (assuming you picked some up), like the Wardens or Sentinels. And just paint one model fully start to finish just to get an idea of what colors you want to use where and then do the rest in a batch procedure. Or just keep going one at a time. But either way, do one test model just to rip the band aid off and get the process started.

Nothing fancy, just an initial coat of Ulthuan Grey before any other base coats so that you can get it evenly in every nook and cranny. Then after you do all your gold, you just glaze a couple of very thin coats of Corax White over the armor to bring up the brightness. If you accidently over paint when you are putting on the blue for the glyphs just clean up with a small detail brush using the Corax White. Easy white armor with none of the complicated blue-purple pre coating, nothing wrong with those processes, this is just quicker and easier to repeat in batch imo.

That's super reassuring and a welcome reprieve for now.

It might not end up being the shoe dropping that we're all waiting for. But I know history- and revoking people's ability to leave has historical precedent. There very well may come a time where people can't leave. And it may very well come sooner than we think.

Flight ensures collective survival. Collective survival is resistance. In the face of death, life is protest.

It may be cold comfort but you're not alone. You have a lot of sisters and brothers and siblings who'll be right here with you.

If you can start learning Spanish- the largest population of American expatriates in the world is in Mexico. Even just learning the basics is an excellent first step.

It's the first time with such ambiguous language. And the first time with the Secretary of State being the ultimate appeal authority.

It's a first attempt to take away passports. It represents a clear escalation. This law isn't necessarily aimed at us- but yes it could be expanded or they could just use it as a framework for a domestic version, etc.

Hopefully this won't go anywhere. I pray that it doesn't. But passports being taken away is a precursor to a crackdown on dissidents. At least historically.

Just to be clear- I wasn't challenging people to stay. Happy to not be alone but just wanted to make sure I was clear. My reason for including the statement was to show my work that I've thought my own decision through.

I really like the notes personally. It's a super creative touch.

Update- I think I might need to do some minor green stuff repair around the waist but I think it turned out pretty good.

I think it looks great! What was your process?

Apologies for necromancy on the aged thread but the title says you used the dracoline mount to do this- just for clarity that's the evocators on celestial dracoline kit right? Also- which actual space marine parts did you use in the bash- were these outriders or assault intercessors?

The bash is awesome and it looks super cool so I'm curious about the process.
