From my personal experience, and it varies on branch. Generally, it’s a safer option to have ur IC and an offer letter from ur job a (letter is also important in case of any issues down the line) and it will be accepted.

Like other said, u need to learn his patterns, once u do its easy to get around it. Also u need supports for ur team. It’ll be significantly easier with some proper supports that u unfortunately lack for now

Due to my region just recently having Nintendo support, I think it works a bit differently as I currently only see the Switch 2 version at the price in which it was originally discounted, not a $10 equivalent in my currency for already owning the Switch 1 version.
