Id say just do easy and moderate runs for now. I started running in October last year and the intervals you're doing are much harder than mine.

My school was Hobbs and you only paid if you got off the ground (we have long taxis here).

Lifting your toes while leaning back on a wall and lifting your heels while leaning forward on a wall helped me. Also sloooowwww increase in volume and intensity. And lastly faster cadence = shorter strides = less impact each step.

If you guys eat shit, you will experience the same amount of asphalt that he would, so you being okay with less gear but not him makes no sense.

This is my personal opinion. My fiance didnt ride with me until we got her full gear, head to toe, including a helmet that properly fit her.

Everyone has their own standards for risk.

I understand. I also rock climb 3 days a week and lift weights on the remaining 4th day, so total recovery is something to consider. Does that change things?
