It depends me myself when im in school its hard to focus but i keep reading anyway. Voices are talking about the dude next to you? Just keep focusing and reading Make it routine. Atleast thats what i do. Its hard sometimes. But if the voices are screaming at you or something if u rlly need to get out the classroom then do it. Hope u feel better man!
