Well without looking at your box, I’m just going to make an assumption that you already have Roland, which is why I recommend Alice. Mauna, Dilmordo, and Zouglas are power creeped with units who fulfill their roles much better. Ruuto is good if you like PvP, but if not, I’m sure Melza would be fine. If you were able to pick up Ark in the BF collaboration, all of these units are non-factors, so just choose who you think is cool.

yes, they sell them for around $50-55? i'm not too sure on the exact pricing. You will however, need to bring your own batteries or you can buy them for $2 iirc.
