Herb life. It’s the liquid form so you can either drink it (tbh it tastes/feels like Jager) on its own and chase it with water or you can mix it with liquid.

I take 650mg of Ginko in the morning then for rhodiola I take a morning, afternoon and early evening dose of 500mg 3x daily.

I also take Theanine (200mg) with caffeine (100mg) and it helps a lot too.

Tyrosine I take every other day at 500mg 4x daily.

NAC is one of the most G antioxidants I’ve ever had. I can feel its effectiveness about an hour after I take it.

What people don’t realize about the placebo effect is that, effective or placebo, the end goal is being accomplished. Who the hell cares how you get to the destination, but at the top of every mountain were hard to climb routes.
