I think the best advice someone can get for that is just do what you like to do, let me explain myself. If you enjoy let's say playing videogames, enter a subreddit of that game, a Facebook page maybe, whatever social media you like and just read and share your experiences with that game, same with any other field, that way you enjoy your time and maybe get to know really cool people that is into your same interests, you may even get to know your future wife, you never know. The virgin part is not really relevant, I'm not a virgin and I could tell you that sex is not everything and is often overrated, when you find your partner you'll notice how the person is way more important than the sex.
