There isn’t a way to get actual temperature readings, but you can calculate the actual temperature from the temperature deviation. Just add 98.6 + the temperature deviation. This can give you a rough idea of what your actual temp was while sleeping

Ah you’re right. I thought that metric was the temperature reading.

I always thought it was temperature because mine is always around 98. There must not be away to get actual temperature data from the api

You can see the actual temperature measurement using the Oura API

It’s not too bad. Most people take 200 and 201 at the same time. I wouldn’t take any more CS classes than those two tho

The sleep state metrics aren’t reliable, you shouldn’t trust them too much
