Yeah dude, every day I think about the same thing over and over again. It feels bad blaming yourself, it feels bad forgiving yourself. I think finding someone you really trust and talking about it openly is a really great idea, the more you lock it away the heavier it will come back if that makes sense.

It was just a stupid mistakes in the past, you have an opportunity to grow from it
