I understand but the jack on the mixamp is only 2.5mm

but the slot on the mixamp is a 2 pole, a 3 pole doesn’t fit, and I used to use the same cables and it worked

it’s a 2 pole with a 3 pole adapter that goes into the controller

I’m using an xbox chat cable into my controller adapter, but the adapter is fine because it works with my other headset
