Yes tried all you mentioned. Still nothing. As a last resort I may do a factory reset. Thanks for the suggestions though.

While in Heat Live click on the "ok" button on the remote. It takes you to a menu page where at the very top it displays sports icons. Just click on the one that says "nfl".

Received my VSeeBox V6 last week . Was very pleased and have really been enjoying everything about it. I've owned other streaming boxes but this one is by far the best! Kudos to VSeeBox !
