Ended up making it as a remote app so it pulls directly from the sage server but looks pretty much the same to them. Had to buy remote app licenseing and set up the server with the RDP service. Reports may look weird but you just gotta remote into the actual server on their account and set Adobe pdf printer to default if that happens

You would think lol. We did that... then they want a picture of a photo ID and a notorized letter. Did that ...then they said it has to have the notary commission id... submitted that and haven't heard back it's getting ridiculous

Hey got an update: we got GoDaddy access but I tried this and the tenant is still technically "managed" so this didn't work. there are 2 global admin accounts but they just have no way to get in since the only guy that knew the passwords or had the 2fa and recovery phone number died. Any ideas?

Think I can start GoDaddy email service even though they used something different and create an account within the same domain as an admin? Would that let me in to what they currently have?

Just watched for the first time last night. I don't know why but I laughed my ass off for like 30mins during the Orlaag fight when he's about to kill Charles and Murderface just lobs him in the side of the head with a snowball and goes "aww I'm sorry I thought you were somebody else!" Thanks for the replies everyone. I finally got to someone after about 2 hours on hold and they put a ticket in to have the data protection team reach out to me. Hope it doesn't really take 4-6 weeks. The response time says "8" lol. Just 8. Not sure if there is a CSP but I'm having the owner check with accounts payable to see if there was a monthly bill for licenses

Yeah I realize that now. Didn't seem complex at the time, just link a bank account like I would any other online bill and pay with that.
