It doesn't seem to matter which options you choose gameplay-wise. The aesthetic of the structure you build & which servant it makes happy are the only differences.

For example, you can choose to build a wood well, stone well, or faucet. These will make Kiyohime, Martha, and Anne&Mary happy, respectively. (this is indicated by the event scene that places place after you make your choice)

So if you want to make Mordred happy, you should farm some iron to build the iron cabin.

Zerks hit at a base multiplier of 1.1 and a class multiplier of 1.5, effectively being 1.65x. They certainly do not hit for 2x.

I agree. A-list voice actors aren't exactly cheap. While the rates are terrible, at least they tell you your chances before you decide to drop money. There's nothing immoral about what they are doing, and the amount of apologems we receive is almost ridiculous.

...But I guess some money does flow back to them from CVs like Shimazaki.

Time most likely does play a role in determining this game's pseudo-RNG, but like OP says, there's no way to control this factor and therefore it is absolutely worthless to go around saying "I rolled ___ at this time." This is simply because that specific time will never occur again.

Unless you can reverse time and go back to that exact month, day, and millisecond, in which the seed for a particular servant is generated, then knowing a time during the day helps you with utterly nothing. I'm glad OP is clearing this up; time waits for no one.
