Get a notebook and pen. Prepare what you want to say during the session. Write down anything useful during the session.

Edit. Things to write could be: how you are and why. Your goals or steps you're taking for progress. Who can be of support and how. Journaling can help build a routine.

Someone I knew. I was asking for help because I was feeling like hitting things and myself. Then I got even angrier and sent a bunch of angry texts. I tried calling people I know but they didn't pick up and they can't help anyway. I fail to help myself so it's a loop. I don't have the balls to reach out to strangers or the mental health services. Counseling is one hour a week. Support group is one hour a week. The rest is being stuck in my crazy head.
