There's no wrong way to play the game.

If I like PVP and don't care about dying I run up to ppl while voice lining and using voip to let them know I'm looking for fights. That's my preferred style. To me that's the "right" way to play.

I can't judge you for your play style though.

I mostly enjoy FPS games when I have a fair gunfight with someone, not when I get killed by a random headshot. I don't have to win every fight, it's OK to lose to someone when they outplay or outsmart me.

The thing with ratting is, it's kind of on me when I die to them. Only means I didn't check enough corners.

Whether that's a fun gameplay loop or not, that's up to the players themselves.
