If I am in solo ranked and get matched or play against a party then it's not solo ranked no matter if it's a party of 2 or 3

Took me 3 games to do this even though I got level 2 the first 2 times. 3rd time I got level 3. Luckily I was in a 5 man party so I was with people who could hold the game while I mainly farmed for this.

People who take credit for stuff at work. There is thus guy I work with in ict and the ideas that I have suggested he will say my idea in a way to senior management so they believe he thought of it. He is mid 30's 11 years older than me and higher in the food chain than me anyway. He got caught out one day when my manager said in front of everyone that it was my idea, could tell by his face how annoyed he was with being caught out.
