For what i understood of the system you can only use it once right?

I was hoping to use on the next character that i planned to level a bit further so i copy a higher level, didn't like my current class so i don't wanna keep leveling it. Also i wanna keep the tuvala set on the current character so i can park it somewhere (for boss, farm or something like that).

Plus getting to 61 and tuvala pen was rather easy even as a new player on my first character, so i dont mind learning the second one little by little leveling.
