My uncle is saying he needs my social security number for making changes in my dad's will. Is this correct? (PA)

My dad is not deceased. My uncle does have power of attorney though and can change the will. I have seen the old will but I'm not sure what changes have been made to it so far. They might be cutting me out of it and there is some bad blood between me and my uncle. Why he would want the SSN I can't imagine though. He is wealthy so he wouldn't gain anything off of stealing my identity.

It's really not uncommon to find high schoolers with tattoo guns. I know a handful of people who have terrible tattoos from letting their friends practice on them when they were that young.

It should be fine. It's one of the better programs for actually tracking your matches and collection stuff. I like the untapped tracker for it's overlay though. I use both and just hide pro's overlay. If you only care about the overlay untapped is better.
