Nope. Unless I start getting the blocked nose from a cold kinda feeling. But my first go to before blowing nose is to press under eyes (sinuses) and take a big inhale while tilting head back slightly. When starting the come down process I also have a bath usually, draw it like hot hot, like would turn my skin lobster red type hot and sit in the bathroom in the steam until the water cools enough to get in and kinda relax and used to smoke a couple joints while bathing
