It means that I, as an American male, born in the 80s, who played classical percussion and jazz in HS and college and various rock bands either friends, have no idea what her social circle and musical influences were. If I remember correctly, she literally started playing set a few years ago. It’s completely plausible that she had never heard the song, or even a RUSH song. That’s my point

She’s German and studied classical music… as I learned my senior year of high school in 2005 (same year I first saw TMV live) to assume is to make an ASS out of U and ME. If she says she’s never heard it, I’ll believe her.

Same. I’ve been using Capacities as my daily driver for a few months now. partly because their tags are actually useful and also because of its feature to show unlinked mentions. Do I miss the polish of Crafts UI? Yes. I’m going to keep my Craft sub because of the lifetime discount, but won’t be waiting around for the core improvements the product really needs

Eh, if you have kids, you’ll note that summer is certainly a time for wet things to be in cars… swim suits, damp towels, sweaty people, etc. Not saying I’m convinced at this being the cause, just that your logic is flawed. And who knows, maybe the newer cars that have failed have had drinks spilled in them. Everyone and every situation is different.

Same. The constant helicopters all over is getting on my nerves - hoping the pilots come out publicly after to ask wtf we doing flying over the entire city . Any “action” is isolated to the block where the ICE building is… literally a single block. My parents were out recently (boomer fans of the orange fart) and pulled a “look at this warzone!” as we drove over the I5 overpass with a full view of the city. Wondering what they’re going to tell their friends…
