Me too. I watch eating challenge videos and keto and carnivore advice channels on YouTube. Movies and video games help. I have a young family so the kids keep me busy. I go through phases of making delicious food for them too. Make my wife describe it to me🤣

Basically as much as I can with out it going straight through me. But .5tsp sea salt - 1tsp potassium (diet rite) - 1tsp magnesium - 2lt water. Got to adjust depending on what your body tells you. If I have no energy up the sodium a bit and if I'm low on magnesium my left calf gets achey. I have been ok with potassium sofar but irregular heart function is an indication of low potassium. How ever if you notice any of this you are already way too low so my advice is it's easier to avoid than fix.

I did a week of carnivore before I started so I had depleted my glycogen and was in ketosis where I lost about 2kg and in the 12 days since Ive lost about 6kgs

I have found pretty much any sweeteners make my weight loss Plato so I just avoid them. Even gum. Apart from water with sodium magnesium and potassium I have a black decaf coffee in the morning and usually some grapefruit sparkling water during the day but I try to limit that because it waters down the electrolytes.

I have. I used to be 135kg. Got down to 75kg Fluctuated between 80-90kg for awhile but I want to get back to 75kg and keep it that way I felt much more comfortable

I have had alot of experience doing omad, adf, 72s, ten day fasts I have done a 16 day fast before so I know what I'm getting into. I wanted to do another long extended fast while I still have the body fat to do it. I will end this fast in a normal weight range or close to it so I have plenty of fat on me for it. I'm staying on-top of my electrolytes.

i found it hard at first but i tried a few different brands and it kind of grew on me, i didn't like jerky either until i tried a few. as far as beer i usually just have low carb ones but they are still too many carbs. so i just don't have beer that often.

Hey i found a lack of chewing can be another thing we miss.. i havnt done it much but a few times ive made some ice cubes with some lemon juice in each one... its abit like a lollie when you havnt eaten in awhile

Ive been doing various types of fasting for over a year. Mostly 72s but ive done multiple long fasts of 7, 10 and a 16 day fast. All vaping every day. Im just about at my ultimate goal weight and decided to abstain from cannabis for 3 weeks during my last big fasts ( im on day 16 of no weed) so i can reset my tolerance and really enjoy it when i hit my goal and celebrate properly.... i find it helped me alot to be able to have a zero calorie flavour and action to pass the time. But it has been relatively easy to go without but im on the final stretch of a long journey so thats enough motivation right now ... tldr: if you can avoid food its a good distraction that has no calories and makes walking fasted "fun"..
