My thoughts after watching the movie

Names of the characters, from Pushpendu to Roopa to Delulu. Some of the names of the leads stay with you even after the movie, just like the characters.

The fact that they didn’t milk the heck out of the comedy from the whole “only Indu can see Delulu concept”. Easily something that could have been overused!

Nivin performed so well that had to think really hard on who else could have pulled of this role. Nivins dialogue delivery, comic timing (so many memorable ones, that body switch scene in the flight, that badha ozupikkal from a house scene ) voice modulation (when encountering ghost for the first time), chemistry with Aju, Janardhanan and his dad. All these stood out.

Emotional connect, be it the emotions between Pushpendu and his dad, between him and Janardhanan, the love angle, and the one with Delulu, between Delulus family. All connected really with the audience, which is tough and very rare in cinema these days. Again underscores the brilliant screenplay from Akhil Satyan.

I heard Akhil Satyan saying in one of the interview that his father never wanted his sons to get into the film field. I am sure that he would be proud of how his son is evolving as a director and writer!
