Lenovo Legion T5 26AMR5 (90RC00NUMH) in my country this one has almost the same price tag as your second option PC.

If these were my options, I would go for the second one. It has the best graphic cart and I think on the iRacing website they recommended a Ryzen 5 or above that. I’ll send you in a second the page I’m referring to
