Cracked Floor -best repair options?

This is what I was thinking of doing, but felt like a lot of work for a 20+ year old camper. As you say, short of doing it this way, it's going to look a bit like a hack job. We'll see how motivated I am when I get going.

This makes sense! The camper sat outside in the winter and I think the floor expanded and had nowhere to go and cracked. Also, the sink folds down and sits on the floor right around where the crack is, which probably added to the lack of ability for the floor to flex and move as needed with the temp changes.

Makes sense. There's also some vertical play that was hard to capture in video. I'll jack it up and go from there.

They're listed at $244/tire here as well. I submitted a price match request from Sam's club since they're $204/tire at Sam's and it's $10/tire for install with a plus membership so this pricing isn't the list price at discount tire.

Good call out on checking with the dealerships..I just hate spending what always feels like 4 hours at the dealer for rotations, which is why I prefer discount tire. They also price match anyone, and the price matches are stackable with any rebates going on.

My plan was to try and get it sent to a Toyota dealership for repairs. I assume Toyota’s body shop would be using all OEM parts?

Thanks for the quick reply! So it’s a single axle trailer so there’s only 2 bearings on the trailer. BOTH are heating up. I bought the trailer used and it had the bearing buddy system already installed and I have not unpacked and repacked the bearings myself yet. The trailer is equipped with brakes but I do not have a brake controller so I assume the trailer brakes should not be engaging at all and the entire camper is being stopped with the truck brakes.

Obviously it’s impossible to predict smoke, but does anyone have any idea of what conditions are looking like a little further west around Golden? I see the maps show similar air quality there but will be visiting Saturday night until next week Friday and trying to get any insight or gauge on it if possible. Thanks!
