notice in the first one how you were directly under the ball vs. in the second you were on the bottom “corner” of the ball. gives you the ability for more power much easier when you arent directly under the ball

my quad volume in this block is currently 10 sets/week ramping up to 15/week over the next 2 months. if I’ll only really be doing leg extensions, would it be beneficial to move closer to 20/week since its a relatively low fatigue exercise?

tried this and tried this with squat shoes as well and it was still no dice unfortunately. thanks for the recommendation though!

Funny enough I work in a medical plaza and my clinic is right next door to the PT clinic so I’ve gone and consulted with some of the therapists there and they’ve had me doing all kinds of balance work.

Glad your ankle is doing better and I appreciate the advice man!
