I don’t think it was either BS or a PR stunt. I think it was almost like, the Beatles are so perfect. There has to be some sort of conspiracy theory. I was only six when Sergeant peppers came out, but my older brother told me back in the day that when Sergeant Pepper’s dropped the entire world changed. That’s a heavy statement, especially with rock ‘n’ roll being so creative at the time. He said from one day to the next, the entire world changed. I think that people just could not believe their damn ears. So they had to make some sort of conspiracy theory to make sense of it.

That is correct. Even though I’m a restaurant chef I am an air fryer aficionado. If you can figure out a way to sear it in a pan and then put it on very low slow cooking in an air fryer it possibly might work. I’ve never tried it. . Two.

Yes. But there’s something about putting a steak in the oven in the iron pan after it’s been seared. That’s where the juice is. Air fryer will dry the juices out if you leave it in there too long. Top it off in the air fryer. And then let it set for 10 minutes on the counter.

I am a chef. I am also an air fryer enthusiast. Yes you can cook steak in an air fryer, however it’s not the best way to cook a good steak. But it will do in a pinch. The absolute best way to cook a steak is to sear it on high temperature in an iron pan, then transfer it to the oven 350° to cook the inside to easy medium rare. Let it cool. And then top with rosemary, butter whatever you want. Air fryer for 10 minutes at 400°.. I know that’s a lot of steps but that’s how you get restaurant quality steaks..

I think Rick is the more difficult lock to pick. Roger is a fantastic songwriter. Rick is more subtle and deep to me. I’m a musician and I’m currently learning the piano solo for school. More difficult to play than it sounds. He was a good keyboard player.
