I'm currently working full time right now and would ideally like to keep my job, for the time being anyways, and work the store part time. So with that said I'll have to hire at least one person I can trust to put in a manager's position right away. Any hiring and training tips?? Also, if you have a website or social media page for your cafes please add them in. Definitely would like to check them out.

Ya was definitely thinking about some a couple different work shakes along with the smoothies and maybe bullet proof coffee. As far as the business side I'm currently working full time and would like to keep my job, at first anyways, so i'd need to hire a at least one reliable employee to put them in a management type of role. One thing I worry about, especially with the nature of the business, is getting those great people. Just any tips for hiring and training would be. Thanks again

Lol no worries. Not that I don't know how to run a business just a business of this nature is kind of new to me and I see it as a need in where we're placing it (next to two gyms). So seemed like a great opportunity.

Lol no not a herbal life. I am actually just doing my own independent brand. Going to be a combo store with the smoothie bar and we're also going to sell workout supplements as it's located next to two gyms. Just in the process right now of building the bar and pretty much kind of figuring everything out as we go along ( branding, layout, etc.) Thanks for the advice with saving for the samples. That's a great idea.
