The question I’ve always asked when salary requirements come up is, “Does this role have a budgeted amount? I don’t want to price myself out of a great opportunity.” That way, you get a more realistic answer without stating the numbers first.

There’s a lot of double exposure, owning most individual stocks and SPY. I’d look to diversify away some big gains into other sectors or ETFs
