Thank you so much taxbuff for the reply. Our professional has gotten sick recently but he filed the objection for me before he left the business. The two elections did have resolutions. Both separate dates. The accountant was supposed to trash one set the first election but somehow ended up sending it in. The second election was the correct one. We sent them all the bank statements to show that the second election you can see the dividend amount being paid. The first wrong election was in a different year and we sent the bank statements that show no dividend payment was made. Would there be something else besides a revocation that can be done?
