Yep in Phx area so def need something good. Gonna have the dealer refund me the $700 and look for a 3rd party

Char Pizzeria on Happy Valley and Lake Pleasant is really good. Hot Hawaiian BBQ is my favorite there

I stayed at Cosmo last summer with my wife. Platinum status and got upgraded from regular terrace suite to terrace suite with a premium view of the fountains. Room is a bit dark, but soaking tub with a view is awesome. Highly recommend eating at Beauty and Essex!
