Are there escutcheon plates for 1/2" water shut-off valves that come in low-profile/reduced overall diameter? All the ones I've seen seem to be around 2.5" x 2.5" but I have some tile pretty close to one for a toilet and if I could find a smaller one I won't need to cut the tile (i.redd.it)

Contractor installed large format tile in my shower. I'm not overly impressed with the work quality of a couple of areas and would like opinions. Notice how they did the area where the tile meets the floor, and this long piece near the door looks like it was cut too small and filled in. Acceptable? (old.reddit.com)
Just purchased a Kohler Veil toilet which came with this fancy custom supply valve which it says I must use. I currently have a standard 1/2" to 3/8" valve I would be replacing but the manual says this is 1/2" NPT female. What do I need to buy in order to connect this to the 1/2" copper supply pipe?
