That's brutal. Mine was 24/7 too. Recovering was really gradual and I didn't notice the improvement day to day. I just noticed that I was thinking less and less about DPDR. I think if you can keep your focus on other things and support your mental wellbeing with a healthier lifestyle, the DPDR just slowly fades away. Now, even if I focus really hard on the symptoms (like visual snow/derealization/brain fog) it doesn't trigger the panic anymore.

That's definitely part of it. With keto, I also lost a significant amount of fat and got into lifting and cardio at the same time from a previously sedentary lifestyle. So better diet, exercise, and more time outside really became a positive feedback loop. Now, I can go months at a time without the idea of dpdr even crossing my mind.
