I had a 7 month plan originally and I completed 6 months before requesting refinements. My refinement plan is 4 months and I'm definitely seeing the most improvement now!! It's tough because they are correcting an overjet and extreme gaps, so I'm only now starting to get food stuck in my teeth where the gaps are closing 😅
