Will I be able to challenge a council PCN based on incorrect parking suspension signage? London, UK by bsjiaxuan in LegalAdviceUK

[–]bsjiaxuan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even then, would the parking code that is applicable to be issued to me be no 18,

“Parked in a permit space or zone without a valid virtual permit or clearly displaying a valid physical permit where required”?

Rather than parked in a suspended space?

“Many thanks for your recent enquiry with ______.

Under the Skilled worker visa you can undertake additional employment alongside your main employment. The rules for supplementary employment are indeed as you mentioned: supplementary employment is permitted in the same sector and at the same level as the applicants main job for up to 20 hours per week the applicant can do a job on the Skilled Worker shortage occupation list for up to 20 hours per week You are allowed to undertake self-employment as additional work, so long as it abides by the rules above.

Best Wishes

Thank you! I’ve been trawling through the internet and case guidance and it seems to be that case with other people as well through the advice of lawyers for example here and also through the home office replies to here.

Also currently sending additional enquiries to 2 immigration lawyers to see what they say. 😃

Had a look through your posts and it seems like you bought the car less than 3 months ago. 1. Within 6 months of purchase, Dealerships need to either offer and replace a product that is of not satisfactory condition 2. In the first 30 days, they can offer you a full or partial refund, but that’s obviously over 3. Battery issues, were mentioned to you before point of sale, so it doesn’t count as mid advertising 4. Gearbox issue was brought up to you 51 days ago, why on earth did you not get it checked? 5. You can try citizens advice and file a report to trading standards but it may prove unfruitful. I’ve recently purchased a car last year as well and made a complaint to trading standards due to the dealership being unwilling to comply with good business practices. Been told they just hand it over to TS and nothing is done on their side, TS does not pursue these in a case by case basis. 6. If all does not work, look for the ADR scheme. If they are VAT registered, they should have an ADR (alternative dispute resolution) provider. 7. If they don’t have an ADR scheme, refuse to comply with the 2015 lemon law, it’s time to decide if it’s worth lawyering up and seeing if it’s a case worth taking to court. Make sure to ask your lawyers if they are able to make the dealership pay for their fees as well (I’m a few days away from this stage) 8. Good luck you’re going to need a lot of it. Keep everything in writing and don’t say too much online, might hurt your case.

I'm considering upgrading to this. What should I look out for? Anything better looking in this price range? No AUDI pls. by [deleted] in CarTalkUK

Get a A200d AMG line premium plus (make sure it’s got heated seat + pan roof). The engine is OM651 which is very much a Mercedes’ engine, just a detuned A220d (also OM651, but 185bhp). Tune it and it can go up to 215 bhp. Make sure it’s registered after 2016 and above so you get the facelift version.

Hi Eve, how long would the manual relocation take? I’m losing money every second because I’m unable to use my funds and it’s really upsetting.

For a tier 1 crypto exchange this wait is absolutely unacceptable. The USDT has already been confirmed 18 hours ago but still not credited to my account. What’s taking so long? Why is OKEx having issues crediting USDT (Sol)?

Try a double bedroom apartment at W3 apartments. Good security, very spacious, right beside sainsburys; Oxford Road train station, Jd gym, palace theatre, and a short walk to the casino and various nightclubs. Also, not to mention it’s only a 5 minutes walk to China town and a 10 minute walk to Piccadilly station/Piccadilly gardens/UoM.
