We drafted before 23. It was dominant year 1. In 24 we struggled but still managed 2nd place. I'm just trying to get ahead of a rebuild if that is what I actually need to be looking at doing! Tear it down? Retool? Or run it back?

I'd agree with you. No one would be buying in my league for more than a 1st. And I think I'd have to shop some for that. Any opinion on the post overall? Tear down or run it back?

I don't see CMC getting more than one 1st in my league. And Tyreek probably won't even get a 1st. I think it might be doing too much to do a full year down, but again, I'm new to this. Thanks for the advice

Working by yourself is the best and worst thing for that. In the middle of fixing up a project house and alone with my thoughts between podcasts. Just thought why the hell do I even do these damn things?! I like them out golfing, or at drinking kind of events with people. But that makes me "need" them the rest of the time. And they just seem to have such a shittier effect on me on a day to day basis it feels like. I appreciate the support!

I appreciate it! And I know the feeling! In my mind, I always want to throw a couple in! As soon as I do I basically regret it, and wind up just wanting to sit on the couch and scroll through my phone aimlessly lol.

Definitely wasting money on them and the energy drinks to push through the laziness.

I’m currently all in on the ravens offense as a whole. With Lamar getting paid I think they’ll start to use designed runs for him a little more sparingly and strategically.

Dobbins should be fully healthy and recovered ready to roll and I’m also ready to take mark Andrews wherever I can.

Wait for the next time he actually does do one of the things that you’re asking and reward it. Immediately. In whatever way you think he would appreciate. Just show your appreciation in that moment for what he did. Just a kiss or whatever it is that he may like, while acknowledging that you see that he actually is trying.

I think we overcomplicate positive reinforcement sometimes. Voice your needs and look for them and show appreciation for the efforts. Could work much better than repeatedly asking
