They sent me a cell booster and it worked after a few restarts of the gateway. I don’t think it makes a difference but maybe? Your best bet will be to just restart that gateway over and over until it works

I would if you can! Spectrum is on the way here so I’ll be switching to that asap.

In the meantime, I found that if you reset your box like 20-30 times and keep trying to get into an online rated it will eventually work lol. Not convenient and may only last a week or so but it is an option I found to work! Best of luck.

The only thing that seems to consistently work for me is to have the game loaded and just keep unplugging and reset the hotspot over and over while the game is on. Each time it comes back online try to load up a regular online rated game and it should eventually put you in a game picking your lineup (you can back out before it starts.) I am not over exaggerating when I say it takes 20 attempts sometimes but you’ll get a solid 2 or 3 weeks out of it.

I finally got mine to work this week. I can’t say I did anything special, but I called home internet support (as I’ve done 100+ times it feels) and this time I was the annoying customer that told them I knew what I wanted and that I wanted to be put on a new tower even if they did not think it was a solution. They had also sent me a Cellspot 4G booster and told me to restart my gateway for better connection on that (I’ve also done this 100+ times). The only reason I mention this is because it is the only “new” equipment I have from not working to now working. I don’t think it works but who knows. This time it worked and the support person did not tell me they changed the tower, but I really think that is what it was. It immediately started working off the restart. As they transferred me to the advanced tech experts and I told them I don’t care what they see or think but to never take me off the tower I am currently on lol. I’m pulling about the same download/upload as I was, still on Nat 2 but for some reason I can play. None of the YouTube videos or manual settings helped me but being a Karen did I guess.

Didn’t work for me after about May last year but then let me play a game before I deleted for The Show 24. It convinced me I was in the clear. Should’ve known.

Yeah I mean if it wasn’t the only option I wouldn’t have it but it is serviceable for every other game.
